I think I have some good advice for you.

My test came back Bifidobacter 0
E Coli 0
Lactobacillus3
Enterococcus 0

Before I got tested my naturopath had me taking BIO K a probiotic supplement in Canada.

After my tests came back my naturopath found out that BIO K
didn't have the other 3 beneficial bacteria that I tested zero for.

So clearly the BIO K got my Lactobacillus levels up.

Of course now I have to take another probiotic to get the other levels up.
