Please see a cancer specialist. There is a genetic condition that causes thousands of polyps in young people. This condition tends to cause colon cancer in the late 30's or early 40's and is a significant cause of death from colon cancer by age 45.
I've lost two friends to this disease. Be glad you have early warning. Perhaps there is something they can do to help you avoid that fate.
