Thanks, Spud. I went with the Asset Chemist one in the end (£7.99 for 500ml). After researching further I found this post about the BP formulation of Aqueous Iodine Oral Solution/Lugols:

I also read an old posting that said:

"In the UK Lugols is called aqueous Iodine oral solution and is always 5% Iodine and 10% KI".

I've just bought a couple of 50ml amber glass bottles with pipettes & a funnel off eBay, so I can decant the stuff.

When it says: "Aqueous Iodine Oral Solution is intended to be diluted before use", that doesn't mean we have to dilute it before adding the drops to water does it? *blushes*

One final question, is it ok to start the Lugols before my selenium/magnesium malate get here (I bought those from iHerb, so they will take a while to arrive)?
