yeah i remember coming accross your testomony..about Breathing..exercising hard...would this be power breathing?
involving the abdomins and breathing down into the belly stomach exspiring through pursed lips at some oooomf? There are breathing techniques you find in yoga. Theres one in yoga which is quite fierce, fire breath or dragons breath..or something like that. Generally an overall cleansing breath, dissolving stress, whilst moving and giving your digestive track, solar plexsus, a good work out too. As breathing at the time seemed beneficial to you and you have stressed again here, i was wondering if the one in the gym had any similarities to that in some yoga techniques..would you be able to describe your technique?
