I also had that problem last week-I am told that there are 2 kinds. There should be a smaller bottle available that says "can be taken internally as a saline laxitive." I did find some when I asked for it at pharmacy-but there are people that told me they take the one that you have with no problems. I just wanted to be safe. Good luck! Tweet
