While this is my first post here, I've been a lurker of this forum for a very long time I'd like to thank you, wombat, V and everyone else for all the great information that everyone has posted.

I would also like to say that you are absolutely correct in that the real benefits of Iodine are these larger doses that has been talked about before. You see, I was taking about 12.5 mg of Lugol's and the companion nutrients for about 1 1/2 years without much benefit. However, it wasn't until I started going over 50 mg of Lugol's and when I started to experiment with up to 1 gram of your SSKI and experiment with Detoxified and Nascent Iodine is when I realized what all the benefits of Iodine were really about.

I'd also like to thank you for the posts regarding B12. I was also deficient as well and ended up buying some B12 patches many months ago.

P.S. Wombat your Iodine salve is great. I've been using it on a raised scar with good results. Tweet
