ah, yes--re; fermenting the plant with the mother; the distilled vinegar now makes much more sense to me, and I guess it would be a far better product, once it's mineralized.
I would not normally ever think it could be good for the body.

Not my experience with (Moroccan-style) mint tea in Syria.
It's just the fresh they use.

A different *kind* of flavour, for sure. I don't actually like the taste of dried mint, (seems rough) but I like the fresh-steeped and raw - It makes me wonder what benefits might be in the fresh, that somehow fit *this* particular body.
