this type of stuff just gets frustrating to read.

So many different opinions out there, which leads me to
just mass confusion.

I for sure disagree about the non-nutritional part.
I'm fairly certain you can get all the nutrition many different ways.

Supplements, vegetables, juicing etc

Everyone has there own opinions, I'm of the opinion that
everyone is wrong with some part of there belief system.
