Through much trial and error, I have found that all chloride salts I have used cause edema for me...

They can also cause fatigue, in addition to edema, when used to excess (usually labeling recommendations are excessive to me)... with things such as magnesium chloride (magnesium oil).

So I use them very sparingly... when I do use them.

I can use the mineral carbonates, bicarbs, hydroxides, oxides, and citrates or malates without this effect.

So the chloride is the obvious issue for me.
