• cut out meat, dairy, Sugar and coffee
• Consume a litre of green juice a day (spinach, celery, cucumber, kale, cos or romaine lettuce)
• Eat a green leafy salad once a day
• Drink a couple of litres of water
Even doing these basic things every day will improve your health by such a lot.
Once you have finished a decent length Master-Cleanse you will naturally be drawn to better health choices.
