Use that type for a bath

There is one type that is suited for bathing, not internal use. I got some by mistake once and decided to use it up. I love the Epsom Salt bath! Use a good 2 cups of ES in the tub and stay for 30 minutes.

Check the package before you buy again. One can bathe in both types, so I only get the stuff for internal use now. Tweet
