"Double Dandelion" and Master Tonic volume/weight
Hi HV,
I have a mineral vinegar, dandelion, perhaps nettles and I forget what else. I have now added more vinegar to increase the volume and added fresh cut dandelion leaves: basically the essence of the Double Dandelion name. At what point is the ACV as solvent saturated to where it won't absorb more of the minerals etc.? I'm just wondering if too much of a good thing is too much, y'know?

Also, I make the Master Tonic and we love it as a hot sauce/condiment. I just gave a big jar of the two year old stuff to my son--what he wanted for his birthday. :-)
I craved this bigtime, when I broke my
Water Fast recently, and ate it for about two weeks straight.
I'm wondering about "parts". The recipe is one part each hottest onion, garlic, hottest chilis, horseradish:the delicious flavour-melding part of the finished elixir, and ginger, to ACV to cover. I think in the past I've sort of loosely measured the cut amounts of everything; so, by volume. Does that sound like the correct approach? Not sure why I'm asking really, since the brew is really good--but I'm not sure I quite recall how I did it.
PS--I have a large bottle of the strained stuff, and none of us like it--so now I just leave the mash in the ACV, it makes something of the consistency of apple sauce. I'm convinced there's something synergistic in the 'whole food' approach.
To anyone reading this, and feeling curious--This is good for about every ailment it seems, ( and if that won't do it,
Water Fasting often will), and just for a general tonic.
(As well as a superb hot sauce--would be great with ceviche, I'm thinking.)
