Eggs are okay, but not hardboiled since that is very hard on digestion. Poached eggs, raw eggs (Shelleys protein shake very very good), softly-scrambled eggs are ok.
Live yoghurt in very small amounts! Its has to be really sour, that means that there is very little milk-sugars left. Kefir is better, have other microbes.
Spices
Yes of course you can eat spices! But listen to your body and pay attention to any allergic reactions. Eat them in moderation, but you should maybe avoid garlic since it is a common allergen.
You can definetely eat apple cider vinegar, it is a yeast killer! but not the store bought, buy the raw one, unfiltered, the one that is cloudy and still have small pieces of apple in it. Look at the health food store!
