I've been reading about the this practice for awhile & think I'd be helped by flushing. The one that seems to be the most widely recommended is Dr. Clark's.
For me, the one that seems to be the easiest & requires the least amount of manipulation is "The Classic Coke Flush."
I'm a 98 lb at five ft. 7 inches tall 30 yr.-old female who has suffered from what I think to be an overactive metabolism, repeated candida infections, & wicked ibs+liver pain for years. Although I've never actually been diagnosed w/any serious chronic diseases. I want to some relief & my gut feeling (no pun intended) is that this is the way to go. However, my husband is on deployment @ the moment & I'm new in town & don't know what I'd do should something go wrong. I could use some advice from seasoned "flushers." Does anyone know about the Coke Flush? What about Dr. Kelley's? Whats would be a good alternative to Dr. Clark's? Thank You.
