Hunter, like you I came to this concept some time ago, in a very rudimentary way. The last few years I have been experimenting with the use of energy, examining the nature of this energy (there are many aspects to this), and connection with and of this energy. I still have a long way to go in understanding this concept and how this concept is related to what I sense around and within me, and it is important to me personally, not to lock my thoughts up in belief systems or dogma, I am examining these things, but choose not to adhere to them.

I have spent a lot of time in the last year, using focused thought to work with energy, and a lot of practice with reading and sensing energy.
