Hi 44261:

Try putting your Epsom Salts in gelcaps - you get them from the Health food store. 1 Tblspoon Epsom Salts usually requires 20 caps. Drink with warm water. I have done 12 Liver Flushes and taken my ES this way every time - I have yet to taste the stuff
