Re: Hello All! Eight months later

I'm very sorry to hear what you are going through with this BO issue. I have basically been through the same humiliation and I deal with this basically everyday. I try to be strong emotionally but it is very hard. People can be very cruel sometimes. I noticed my bo 3 years ago at the age of 26 yrs old. It all started at work people constantly making rude comments, people sniffing loudly whenever I sat by them, people coughing and clearing their throats and people covering their noses. I felt like I was being treated like a nuisance. Then when I used public transportation like the bus I had to deal with the same type of negative reactions. When I got home I would just lay down and cry thinking there must be something wrong with me medically if I smell that bad; so I decided when I finally got health insurance to see a doctor I saw a regular medecine doctor and dermatologist and they both did bloodwork on me and everything came back normal so I'm pretty much healthy. I've tried chorophyll and Zinc but my bo still seems to be noticeable to other people. I think the Zinc has reduced it a little but not much. I also stay home alot due to this issue because I know once I walk out the door I'm going to have to deal with the same negative reactions of others. I even have to deal with my neighbors' negative reactions. Like when I stand outside one of my neighbors constantly looks at me like I'm a thing and then I hear other neighbors complain what's that awful smell. I quit working because I could not deal with the humiliation. My boyfriend and dad even notice my bo I can tell by their reactions they don't say anything rude but sometimes I notice they try to keep their distance and they constantly cough around me and I have caught my boyfriend covering his nose behind my back. I will pray for you and hope you find a solution to your bo issue, but don't give up and remember you are not alone in this there are many of us that go through what you go through.
What I do when I'm feeling very down about my bo issue is pray to God and I count all the blessings I do have in my life. I hope things get better for you and stay strong life will get better and remember those who are purposely rude to you will get what they got coming their way, what goes around comes around. Take care and God bless you.
