Re: help with olive oil flush

Ditto to what ACCM said - mainstream medicine does not acknowledge that stones exist until they show up in the gallbladder, calcified. While they are still in the liver and or ducts, and un-calcified, as far as the establishment is concerned, these stones are not stones ;)

Hamudy, one thing you mentioned that is close to my heart - literally and figuratively, is the location of your pain - below and to the left of the heart. I don't know how far below, or how far to the left you are talking about, but, it's possible you are describing the area of one side of your diaphragm. I know this area well, I have a hiatial hernia in my diaphragm just below and to the left of my heart. For the first 15 years, the nightly pain it caused had me constantly thinking heart attack, but this got old after a while and I've learned to live with it and have adjusted lifestyle to minimize the agony. This situation usually is made worse by two things: lying down (like, to sleep) and lying down on a full stomach. Are you sure that the pain you are describing is definitely stone related? Perhaps you've got something else going on?

Another thing that makes self diagnosis difficult, especially when it comes to location of pain, is "referred pain" - pain that's being caused at one location but is felt at another location, usually the two locations have a nerve in common.

Anyway, sounds like you've done quite a few flushes so you obviously know your way around this routine. Best of luck.
