thanks I am feeling better, like anyone there are days i struggle but most days are great!!
Eatting clean (no sugar, no gluten, no cheese or artifical sweeteners (occassional piece of gum)
i eat 6 times a day 3 meals 3 snacks no carbs at snack and low glycemic carbs at meals except breakfast i have oatmeal and fruit with my eggs, usually only get in 5 meals and drinking lots of water
for exersise i love to run a few times a week (though resting right now ) weight training 3 days a week , spin class 2 to 4 times a week, and pilates
it seems to be all falling into place though i know it will take time
