Census taking is not being done correctly and needs improving upon.

I only received a cover letter announcing my census will be in mail for me the following week.(did you experience this part?...of never receiving census in the mail to mail back).

Just a week ago I heard light door tapping. Answering door only to see young lady dashing to her car parked in front.
Lady never waited long enough for dweller to come from back house to the front...lunchtime.

I wonder what set up they are planning? Come when the day is dark to answer any doors or come when they can't stand around for anyone to answer the door.(I heard something about suing those who don't cooperate.)If I had the opportunity I would have just filled out how many living in the house.@@####!Since that first census lady told me she was doing my census for me...being that it was night time and time to call it a day (workwise)..she took it upon herself to do it for me. I never saw any of the questions?

Now it appears that wasn't enough money wasted and they will be doing some more milking these--census jobs.
