I would look for a good chiropractor. They can do wonders--( and no drugs) Often people never think of how the bones and therir placement affecting everything in the body. Also, then look into making GABA brown rice, which is very soothing and calming.
Are you drinking enough water? Don't chug it, ( that's hard on the body) but sip it throughout the day.(drugs of all kinds dehydrate)What are you eating?
