You really need to use Epsom Salts , not Sea Salt . The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is used to clear the intestines, Epsom Salts are to relax the bile ducts. They are different chemical compounds. Epsom Salts are Magnesium Sulfate, not Sodium Chloride. Some people use Magnesium Citrate instead. That form of Mg is more readily metabolized by people with low stomach acid.
