Right off the bat, I want to say WELCOME to support dude. Now I don't want to tell anybody what to do, but I have to say that the eating raw meat thing makes me nervous. Not just because society tells us to cook our meats, but also because if you have candida, your digestive system is already compromised and working REALLY hard to process and break down the food that you are giving it. Also if you can, get yourself some digestive enzymes for the meat you are eating, whether it's raw or cooked. I think that cooking your meat might make your body have an easier time dealing with the foods that you ARE giving it. I like you tried the Frederic Patenade/Doug Graham/80/10/10 all fruit to get rid of candida diet, which I do NOT think works at all. In my opinion these things give you nutrients which you DESPERATELY need, and pacifies candida so you are both able to live, but I think for long term health you have to kick candida OUT of the hotel that is your body.
Not eating carbs is fine, it's not FOREVER, just until you get your body back in balance. Probiotics are great, but you have to get the bad guys OUT, not just put good guys IN. There are a lot of good antifungals on the market. Coconut oil is a GREAT start. But based on the thrush in the photo, I think you definitely have some work to do. Don't get discouraged, it is DOABLE, but slow and steady wins the race. I don't know if you are in the position to buy another anti-candida product/program. If you are check out http://www.modernherbalist.com
I KNOW this program could help you, it's what I am doing now and I have been trying to get rid of candida for over 2 years. I wish I had started the program I am on now, in the beginning. If you are not able to do it, continue doing raw garlic as much as possible. Purple skin garlic is the strongest and can help the most. If you are having digestive upset with yogurt/kefir, I say skip them. I only have 6 weeks left before the end of my protocol and I haven't had any of these things.
Stick with the green smoothies (fruitless), Kevin Gianni (Renegade Healthshow/youtube) had 2 green smoothies every day while geting rid of his candida. If you are not financially able to get another round of products/supplements, I would recommend you check out Gabriel Cousens "Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine, PHASE I" Diet. It is a raw food program that allows for NO fruit and no meat. It is a very sparse diet and you WILL lose weight, but it does produce results. I myself did it for a period of time earlier in my anti-candida journey, but then decided I wanted to try antifungals and the protocol I decided on said "meat, meat, meat". But I basically continue to follow the Phase I diet now, plus meat. I eat mostly all raw veg, with eggs and meat.
