Thank you, that was a very helpful post. It's encouraging to hear that someone else has gone through this, although I'm sorry all this has happened to you. I just felt as if no one had any answers to what was happening.
I've tried L-tryptophan and DL-Phenylalanine, but I didn't really continue it long enough to see any results. I'm also in the process of beginning counselling, but it's taking a long time to get into the system. I've had counselling in the past but it didn't seem to be intense enough to make any impact.
If I may ask, how are your migraines/ Depression now?
