Wow! That was interesting. Just think, all of that Chaff goes into our soil, lakes and rivers (but of course is not listed as harmful pollution). I guess only civilians are to be good citizens and obey the environmental laws (while we also pay $10-20,000 an hour for chaff and it's airborne distribution).

It is also likely that it plays a part in what we're told is "El-Nino".
