things are going good here, getting energy (most days) changed the workout and eatting routines and now on 6 dropper fulls of lugo's a day with all the other supplements
so far down 29 lbs and lost over 3
inches each hips waist and legs, I need to baby the leg for a bit but should be back to normal soon (fingers crossed) training for a few 5 k's and a july 10 k, maybe a half in the fall or next spring, just was feeling great at the 3 mile mark too
going to use the ellipical for a few days and see if it calms down, and start back slow as well as change running surfaces for a while dirt or rubber track
will check on that link and read up, going to try to get some tumeric to take, have it to cook with but need some to take orally to help with inflamtion
