I forgot to mention--yes, I try to maintain a pretty good diet of vegetables, unrefined grains (no wheat though), natural dairy products, fruits, and hormone-free meats. I do slip and have a little Sugar now and then, but I really try to limit it (I crave sweets like crazy).
