Please, post on whatever you've come across. We're surrounded by toxins(don't mean to sound so negative but I just read a good book on Dow chemical, *sigh*).

So, I'm looking for suggestions on how to eliminate plastics(yeah, right, as much as possible, I guess).

We need good reco's on what to use for cleaning, for laundry, food storage, etc.
The everyday things that we use . I confess, I've been lazy(busy). I just buy whatever "green" stuff trader joe's is selling, without researching the supposed claims.
