Yes sugar would be a big problem for me but also dont fermented foods and drinks contain yeasts? I am so sensitive to mould or yeast...would kefir be a no no for me if this is the case???
Not all yeasts are a problem for Candida. For example Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewer's yeast) does not feed Candida. In addition, the acids from kefir suppress Candida growth.
