 Dose,how often,what to avoid,what is OK to eat,drink,supplement/mgs? Etc..etc

There should be a list of things to avoid in the post about raising stomach acid. These are anything that will neutralize stomach acid. Antacids, acid blockers (proton pump inhibitors), calcium oxide/hydroxide, calcium carbonate (coral, oyster shell, dolomite, etc.), magnesium oxide/hydroxide, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and alkaline waters.

Beyond that there is not much to what to eat or drink as far as GERD goes since sufficient stomach acid decreases fermentation and promotes proper digestion. If you have food allergies/sensitivities then this is a different story. Then the foods you are allergic or sensitive to should be avoided while the problem is addressed if it can be reversed, such as allergies that can be countered by building up the adrenals and improving stomach acidity.

Although for general health I recommend also avoiding anything with artificial sweeteners, alcohol, stimulant drinks and excess sugars.
