You only need to taste bitters for them to work. So I recommend a half a dropper full with meals. B vitamins I prefer to get from food sources such as rice bran, oat bran, watercress, seaweeds, etc. If you prefer to use a supplement then I recommend a B50 twice daily with meals. As for TMG I recommend 500-1000mg three times daily. It does not really matter with or without food on this one.
If you have a lot of bloating then you can also add a few capsules of yucca root with meal. Yucca root acts as a surfactant to reduce gas.
