Well, I think it sounds like a pretty good idea. And you could simply add some to your usual stuff.
But the thing is that must of it will probably break down to water and oxygen.
But I find that using the usual method of spraying it into my lungs is more efficiently oxygenating my blood.
Really nice in the mornings.
And I have found that the little problem of the burning on your tongue and throat, can be alleviated by first filling your mouth with water, wait until it's body temp (so that you can swallow it right away once you have sprayed).
Some people suggest using diluted solutions, but with my method it doesn't matter much, unless you want to use it more frequently.
Of course I'm talking about food grade 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) now.
