I completely agree with what you are saying Kakibaby. I really think that having Candida & smoking (as I do) is asking for bronchitis, candida & smoking increases the probability..In my opinion and experience.
Its hard enough cutting out so many things anyway, nevermind smoking. If you've never smoked you have no idea how excruciatingly hard it is to pack in. Going on the candida diet is easy peasy in comparison to quitting the dreaded weed.
I kick myself eveyday for not quitting, its my only vice really, but I do beleive if I stopped I would definitely feel better.........one day I'll do it Tweet
