and i would instead of doing like 4 sets of 8 - 12 i would do them all at once because any one can do muti sets with low reps but it takes great endurance to do them all at once then after i do my 1 set of as many reps that i do anther set with in about 15 seconds rest the more you train you body to do better with less rest you will need less recovery time like if it takes you 3 minutes between sets you should lower it by 30 seconds to like 00:02:30 then over months work your way down untill you only need 15 seconds that way if you were in some situation that you needed only 15 secs of recovery time like if you were to get in a fight, or like in a sport your coach would love you if you only needed 15 secs recovery time and you should also work on recoverying under light load.
like you are doing a exercise like running or w/e and you slow down and recover while you are going slower than your full speed
