after you go raw vegan and detox fully and shed all the unhealthy tissues and then you build back up from there and when you start building you body back up you will get super human strength but it takes awhile
but for when i get off the dope i am on and my body gets back to normal
i will be working on uber elite endurance and strength
as i see it no one should focus on just one type of exercise you should do them all to get good and strong at them all like running yoga weight lifting ect.. any exercise you can think of you should be doing this is what i do for my exercise program or i would if i was not on drugs and my diet was nothing but fruit
