Oh I do take lots of supplements too long and boring to enumerate but sure enough MSM+NAC twice a day for copper, and I also take good quality bio chlorella, the B vitamins 1,2,3,6,and complex too. I keep taking niacynamide 3x1gr/day that were so good. I take salt/c water in the morning plus C spread out during the day. My morning smoothie is a cocktail of supplements in kéfir where I put in Amla and Triphala by the spoon. I prefer when I can buy by the pound, then I don't have to process the capsules and it is cheaper. I will wait and see what Newport says about it. I care a lot for opinions from the people here on the forum. Even if I do not post so often, I carefully read everyone.
more supplements that I take: molybdene, selenium, zinc, tri-boron, gold leaves, inulin, curcuma, cayenne, chanca piedra, fenugreek, nigella, noni juice, resveratrol, ... for minerals I take Alcabase from Tracelabs, and rice bran oil concentrated in gamma oryzanol (anti-oxydant). Not to forget malt and the tinctures from Verbena off. and Cilantro (even though I put a huge amount of fresh cilantro in my morning smoothie.
This morning I am a bit nauseus will go take MSM+NAC that I do twice a day, then as usual: NEVER skip
