Re: I am puzzled about chelation

I am taking ALA by mistake (150mg) every single morning since 2-3 weeks NOT knowing I was doing so. I would have never done that on purpose. I tried DMSA but my liver is a wreck just now. Have to open methylation cycle first, and hopefully I will get TMG this week...

I remember feeling bad too on DMSA and NP said it was because of my liver. I can relate to the way you felt on DMSA and maybe it is your liver that can be "tired"

So you chelate with ALA only? How do you do that, I mean every 3-4 hours or once a day like me? I am just trying to figure out if the doctrine permits that "fancy". Thanks for your reply.
