Ken Presner has no customer service!

I bought the UZ about 2 years ago. When I received it, 2 of the alligator clips did not function..were very loose. I could not connect well..especially to copper tubes. They would fall right off! I contacted Ken. At first he told me to just put tape over it! That was unacceptable after spending the kind of money I did!
Then he claimed I could bring it somewhere to have new ones put on and he would somehow pay me. I could not believe that either. Why did he not offer to return it and fix the issue? The clips are way too small and cheap. It need much larger ones..stronger ones.

By the way I went to Radio Shack, but the man there said he could not do the repair. I really did not know where to go and was upset as well. I should have just returned it ..I now question if I really would have received a refund.
I rarely use it due to these issues.
