Hi all, I am asking this question for my friend Rita, who is Lithuanian, her English is not good but she will be reading your replies.
Rita recently did a 30 day water only fast which ended 1 week ago, but now she is feeling really bloated. She has only been eating just vegetables, tofu, and a some mushrooms.
I don't think this will cause any problems. She thinks it may be to do with her period which she missed on her fast. I am not an expert on this, so can anyone else advise? Rita will read your replies
