Re: gall stones

I used to have gallbladder attacks, then researched how to fix it.

My suggestion is start eating apples and drinking 100% apple juice (no sugar, not from concentrate, no preservatives ) or malic acid for one full day. Drink some water if you want also. The apples have malic acid and will soften up gallstones. Then, when you are ready drink the gallbladder cleanse drink combine = 2/3 glass apple juice, 1/3 glass olive oil, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. This recipe is from the Bragg book "Apple cider vinegar". Stir/mix for about a minute. Lay down on your right side, you might feel movement internally as Gallstones move out of your liver/gallbladder into the stomach. It feels funny, but you know it works when this happens, even if you dont feel anything your galbladder will empty out completly. For best results do this for at least two days in a row, maybe five.

There is no need for surgery. I have had three of my friends had this surgery and it is very unnessessary! I think it costs five or ten thousand dollars, and can be fixed for about ten dollars. You can do Liver Cleansing drinks until there are no Gallstones floating in the toilet after you goto the bathroom, but sometimes no Gallstones come out so be persistant.

If you have a blender, put a one inch piece of ginger root and between one and five cloves of fresh garlic with olive oil and some citrus or apple juice. Blend and drink. This is the Dr. Richard Schultze's liver cleanse drink.

Epsom Salts are not nessessary, but they widen the pathway for more gallstones to come out of your gallbladder/liver. The way you do Epsom Salts is put one tablespoon in a cup of water, stir/mix until the Epsom Salts dissolve and drink down fast. Drink the epsom salts one hour before drinking the olive oil mixture (you can use lemon juice or grapefruit juice instead of apple juice). Epsom salts will for sure give you a liquid bowel movement, so be close to a toilet.

Check out the pictures of gallstones in the gallery on curezone, hope you don't get grossed out.

I have done a lot of liver/gallbladder cleanses so feel free to ask me any questions.

I really hope this helps. :)
