I have known several people who developed sensitivity to scents and odors. One fellow I worked with was even nauseated by the odor of people warming their lunches in the microwave!
Two of these people were later diagnosed with serious health issues related to their livers. One had lymphoma, with a mass impinging on his liver. The other had viral cihrossis from undiagnosed Hep C. Both are ok, but they had a brutal time with terrible drug therapy.
Don't mean to frighten you at all, but to encourage you to make time to care for your liver. It is like changing the oil filter in your car. A dirty oil filter isn't going to squeek or clank, but eventually, the car engine will be severly damaged and require major repair.
