Yep I'm back on the Water Fasting - last week I lost 9lbs and I am now 219lbs. This week I hope to lose another 7 which will bring me down to 212lbs.
I am followin this routine:
Wed - Water only
Thur - Water only
Frid - water only
Sat - Water and a little juice at teatime
Sun - Juicing
Mond - raw food
Tues - normal eating (last meal high fat to keep body burning)
and repeating. Total water is too hard for me when I am working.
