hip replacement slated for my mother, can I have knowledgeable input, please?
I don't know much about this--as she's in another country, but was told that her hip is "about the worst" the MD has seen, and like it or not... I have for years wanted to/tried to turn her on to liver flushes, therapeutic fasting, etc. etc, but I'm quite concerned about this. She was following the atkins thing for a time, in the last decade, and also caring for my sister who had cancer--and this latter really took a toll on her, stresswise. Additionally, it's a ten thousand dollar op. and she is 77, with tons of life left
in her.
Can anyone with knowledge help me cut through the BS about the many different kinds of
Arthritis and the required meds and all, and give me some straight talk? Maybe there's still time for her to go the natural route. Or, if not, maybe I can be informed in a better way, and be a better help to her.
your experiences most welcome!
thank you
