I did not quit either. BUt I have fund peculiar that whenever I would flare up, the urge to smoke would be stronger. So much so that at a point I sould ache to smoke (and I dont smoke much so) I would then deduce, hum! Am I flaring up and it would be the case. I used to think that it d set my body into detox mode, now - from the above - I think it has more to do with the antifungal properties.

Mind you, mercury (and other heavy metals) make a home for candida within your body sooooooooo smoking is not just a matter of antifungal properties, it has serious draw back.

I have a clean diet, I no longer drink alcool, I smoke 3 cig/day or less, no big deal (I think).
