I know it isn't GOOD - I'm looking for a how bad comparison.
I'd appreciate it if the "smoking is icky!" crowd stayed out of the discussion. Extreme discipline for life 100% of the way just doesn't work - some people eat sweets, some people eat hamburgers/sandwiches, some people drink a bit, etc etc etc... Personally, I've cut sugars entirely, avoid drinking, and cut carbs to like 20-50g per day. I'm just looking to see how evil an evil still smoking is.
So - worse than 20g Sugar per day? 100g sugar? 300g sugar?! ...or perhaps - worse than 1 beer every once in a while? Getting wasted every weekend?? Drinking hard liquor daily??!
