I noticed how many diseases seem to run a certain course then go away. Maybe that time is 50, 100, or 200 years. Part of the reason they go away could be because of improvements in sanitation and less malnourishment but I’m also thinking that they go away because as a humans we build immunity to it.
Heres what I mean:
Lets say a new major virus comes along and enters the bodies of millions of people every year. Some of these people will develop no symptoms, some experienced symptoms, and a few even die but everyone that lived got immunity from their bodies being exposed.
Then as these people have kids they naturally pass on this immunity to them. Either through DNA or breast milk.
What’s your thoughts on this? Can natural immunity be pasted on?
Could this be the real reason so many viruses and even bacteria came and went?
