hope things are a little better since you posted...you do not have a gall bladder...i read now that it stores bile that the liver produces...and i dont know how you receive bile when you eat, but the liver makes it and i assume you still get some... i would consider trying bitter herbs before meals to stimulate digestive secretions, and if you feel that isnt enough it would make sense to supplement with digestive enzyems and take some of the stress off of your body
...as always eliminating intolerant foods from the diet and maintaining distance between meals to allow full digestion before eating again
...proper food combining which means dont dilute heavier protein/fat meals with water and fruit and Sugar so that your body can do the work without interference.
the quickest way i find to stop the indigestion and autodetox is to wait and sleep and fast and drink salted water and ginger tea until the food has moved on and then you can eat a good sized salty and spicy meal that you know you can digest well which will push everything on through
so...well spaced meals,,,proportioned with foods you can digest...probably rice? and salad. and lighter meats such as fish...the more vegetables you eat the less stress it will be to digest. also real salt with you meals will significantly improve the effectiveness of the bile that you do naturally have...large glasses of water with pinch salt in the morning followed by fruit should probably clean you out well enough to start eating regular meals again...you could try fasting untill noon and eating a large salad also to clean you out..
