SSKI/Lugol's

Hey All,
I am a 72 year old NEWBIE, please be tolerant while I learn my way around, this Forum can be overwhelming during the initial stages of enlightenment. Many thanks to all who have contributed their knowledge and caring. I have been sitting at my Computer for 6 hours fliting from one place to another on the Forum and gaining insight into many things I didn't consider problematic until now, I will continue to read and learn as time allows, I am a Farmer and Nature calls this time of the year. For now I am trying to learn the benefits of SSKI and or Lugols internally and externally, any direction will be greatly appreciated.
