How in the wide world of sports have you missed the premise that drinking juice or healthful teas that have minerals in them is the real deal of energy you've been looking for and thought ya were getting with caffeine? You're not just talking to the band here - I am THE BAND LEADER. No mess. Not one of you (no offense) has learned more and procured finer beans than myself. I've known my last 3 roasters PERSONALLY. I don't mess around. So reluctantly, sadly - I DO know what I'm talking about. Don't respond with fatalistic, polarizing statements like, 'I'll just drink water from now on'. Bah!
