 i drink 2 glasses of kefir everyday and noticed that alot of people talk about homemade kefir.i have lost so much weight from this friggin yeast i really have not had the energy to make my own kefir at this point,is the kefir at the health food store just as good?should i be drinking more kefir?i am having awful issues with gas and i am wondering if it is the garlic i have been taking

You can use store bought kefir, BUT you should allow it to sit and ferment for a couple of weeks minimum in the refrigerator to allow the sugars to be fermented and to produce more of the beneficial acids. It is these acids that keep the Candida under control.
